Artusi was the outcome of amplifying Italia's innovative criteria, translating them into independent, ergonomic steel units on feet with interchangeable doors, complete freedom to compose a personal kitchen. Artusi Outdoor extends the idea into the garden in AISI 316 stainless steel, with insulated doors and a built-in barbecue.

Antonio Citterio has been Arclinea's art director and designer since 1988, when the Italia model began a collaboration that reshaped the domestic kitchen around the rigour and function of the professional one. His work for the maison is defined by restraint, engineering precision, and materials chosen to be used and to last.
